FREE shipping on all orders, excluding accessory-only purchases.

Shipping Time:

3-45 working days for most districts

• 1-2 working days to process the order
• 7-15 working days for craftsmen to customize it by hand
• 12-13 working days to arrive at port
• 7-13 working days truck delivery. Truck companies don't deliver on weekends.

Once your order is picked up by the trucking company, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note, tracking information will be updated one business day later (excluding weekends). If you have not yet received your order, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Cost & Destinations:

Currently, we offer FREE shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada.

Please note that we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
