Return Conditions: We expect the returned items to be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. This ensures we can provide the best shopping experience for other customers.

Shipping Costs: If you decide to return or exchange items due to personal reasons or otherwise, shipping costs will be your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding on this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused to your shopping experience.

Customized Items Policy: Please note that customized items are made to your specific requirements, therefore, once production is complete, returns will not be possible. Prior to placing an order, please ensure accuracy in your size and color selections.

Return Procedure:

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@highqlo.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. If there are quality issues, please attach photos.

Step 2: We will respond within 48 hours. Upon receiving your email, we will provide detailed return instructions and steps.

About Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the item, and we'll process the refund within 7 business days.

About Cancellations:

Due to the swift processing pace of our website orders, if you require any alterations or wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Lost or Damaged Products:

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing from your order, please send an email immediately to support@highqlo.com. We will address the issue for you immediately. Please keep your box and all packaging materials.
