We’re pleased to share an important update for our U.S. customers: All vanities ordered through High QLO’s official site now ship to the contiguous United States with no additional shipping costs or import duties required at checkout.

Whether you're shopping as a homeowner, designer, or contractor, this means a more predictable and transparent experience from purchase to delivery—without surprise fees or international handling charges.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all commercial and residential addresses across the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we are unable to deliver to:

  • Hawaii and Alaska
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • P.O. boxes

Customs? Covered.

All import-related procedures for U.S. deliveries are fully handled by our logistics partners. There's no need for you to manage customs paperwork or pay additional clearance fees. Our team monitors each step to ensure a smooth, hands-off experience on your end.

How It Works — From Order to Delivery

1. Select & Confirm
Standard Styles – Choose your preferred size, finish, and configuration directly on our site. Add to cart and check out. You'll receive a confirmation email with your estimated production and ship-by timeline.
Fully Custom Builds – Work with our design team to finalize dimensions, colors, hardware, and storage details. Once the quote and timeline are approved, we begin production.

2. Production & Quality Check
Your vanity enters production and goes through a detailed, multi-point inspection. Once complete, it's securely packed in a shock-resistant, moisture-protected crate. We could share progress updates if you need.

3. Dispatch
Once packaged, your order is scheduled for the next available freight shipment and transferred to our trusted logistics partner for U.S. delivery.

4. In Transit
After your shipment clears port, you'll receive an email with tracking details and delivery instructions. While real-time updates may vary, our team monitors shipment progress and ensures smooth coordination.

5. Delivery Appointment
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. 

6. After-Delivery Support
Inspect your vanity after unpacking. If anything seems off, contact us — our support team typically resolves most issues within 48 hours and provides ongoing installation assistance via email or phone.
